From an acorn to an oak

In the quiet pursuit of healing, peace, and contentment, we turn to the sacred art of cultivation.
It is a slow and steady tending—rooted in patience, nourished by care, and carried by commitment.
Cultivation is the whisper that says: keep going, even when the soil feels dry, even when the sun hides.

At Cultivation Counseling, we honor this process.
We walk beside our clients, not to rush their bloom, but to nurture the soil of their becoming.
With intention and heart, we invest in the journey—trusting that growth, in all its beauty, will come.

Here, transformation is not a destination, but a season we prepare for together.

Saher Zehra, LPC, LCDC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mississippi State University.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Existential Therapy, also known as logotherapy, which emphasizes the search for meaning and purpose in life. I often integrate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support a well-rounded and effective healing process.

I especially enjoy working with clients who are facing issues related to trauma, divorce, and addiction. These life experiences can feel overwhelming, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they heal, grow, and reclaim their sense of purpose.

I strive to create a warm, authentic, and judgment-free environment where clients feel safe and supported in sharing their stories. My goal is to help each person feel heard, understood, and empowered to live a meaningful life.
