Session 1: The Inner-Critic Blueprint (Best in Week 2 or 3): Pinpoint the roots of your self-doubt, map out your unique emotional triggers, and build a custom "Self-Care Protocol."
Session 2: The Boundary & Integration Intensive (Best in Week 7 or 8): Transition your growth into the real world. We will role-play difficult conversations and script firm, guilt-free boundaries for family, friends, or coworkers.
