    • This add-on includes two tailored, 45-minute sessions with Saher to maximize your 8-week transformation: 

      • Session 1: The Inner-Critic Blueprint (Best in Week 2 or 3): Pinpoint the roots of your self-doubt, map out your unique emotional  triggers, and build a custom "Self-Care Protocol." 

      • Session 2: The Boundary & Integration Intensive (Best in Week 7 or 8): Transition your growth into the real world. We will role-play difficult conversations and script firm, guilt-free boundaries for family, friends, or coworkers. 

    Note: These private sessions will be scheduled directly with Saher after your initial registration.

  • No. This course is an educational program, not a clinical intervention. Group therapy is a therapeutic treatment designed to heal deep psychological wounds through collective processing. 

    This course is a private, self-paced educational experience. It focuses on giving you practical, day-to-day tools, mental models, and habits to improve your relationship with yourself. If you are currently navigating severe trauma, clinical depression, or acute anxiety, we highly recommend working with a licensed therapist, which this course can beautifully complement.
